Iconic live album battle Judas Priest vs. KISS

Love Unleashed in the East, but KISS - Alive! is my alltime favorite live album, by any band, any genre.

Get Your Wings Vs. Rocka Roller

Tough to vote on this one, and not because the albums are similar. Get Your Wings has one of my top 2 favorite Aerosmith tracks in Train Kept-A-Rollin', which is hard to vote against. Same Old Song and Dance was the first Aerosmith song that I learned how to play on the guitar (at least...

I'll have to come back to this one.

    Bad Company album battle

Love both albums, but it's pretty hard to beat the debut album. Rock Steady, Ready For Love and of course the title track are prob my three faves.

    The Favorite Soul - R&B - Funk - Thread

My favorite Aretha song. Always liked it, but that scene from the movie Michael cemented it for me. Great movie.

How do you listen to music currently?

I went with OTHER because there are multiple mediums that I use, although the one that i use the most isn't even on the list. MP3 - I rip CDs to mp3 to play in my car and on my phone. I have TONS of CDs, but they are cumbersome to carry around in a car (and always risk being damaged), so it's...

    First Live Concert? Last Concert?

Pretty sure that my first concert was Waylon Jennings - September 1981 (although it may have been Sept 1980). Last concert was Halestorm / In This Moment / New Year's Day - December 2018 In between those times... there are far too many to even remember.

Three Richie Kotzen albums back to back to back... Electric Joy (1991) - good background music on this fully instrumental album Fever Dream (1990) - probably my favorite album by Richie and the first album that made me take notice of him. Mother Head's Family Reunion (1994) - the album...

    Scorpions songs battle

Two amazing power ballads. Something that the Scorps did VERY well! Another matchup I'm not sure I can pick the winner, I love both of these tracks. Edit: Just listened to both songs back to back. Always Somewhere gets my vote today. Ask me this question 10 yrs ago, Holiday easily...

Classic song clash: Foreigner vs. Journey

At first glance, I was ready to just auto-vote for Journey. Love both tracks immensely and both have a solid place in the soundtrack of my life, but I figured that side by side, I'd take the Journey track. I just listened to both, back to back. Now I don't know which to vote for. Great, yet...

Queensryche- Another Rainy Night VS. Krokus - Screaming in the Night

how have I NOT voted on this one? :hm: Love both tracks. As bands and entire discographies go, Queensrcyhe would win 99 times out of 100 for me, however, in this song vs song matchup, Screaming in the Night gets my vote. One of my favorite early/mid 80's power ballads.

Classic album battle Motley Crue VS.Skid Row

I love Dr Feelgood, so many good tunes on that album, but Skid Row's debut album is outstanding from start to finish, truly one of those awesome debut albums that's hard to beat. Like Riff said, had this been Shout at the Devil, I'd have definitely voted for the bad boys from LA.

    AC/DC Album Duel

Back in Black owns every AC/DC album ever At least for my ears. To have gone from the long time singer to a new guy with a totally different delivery and style to put out an album THAT good? That's insane. I consistently rank Back in Black as a top 5 total / complete album of all time...

Judas Priest / Michael Jackson mashup

I'm not typically a fan of mashups, although a few over the years have been pretty decent. I thought that this was pretty decent. The two songs actually work together in the way that they did it. Judas Priest - You've Got Another Thing Comin' / Michael Jackson - Billie Jean
