Hello, my name is Oscar and I'm a 16 years old Spanish guy that likes music in general, punk rock, punk pop, pop, metal, kinda every single genre excepting almost any Spanish song (don't get me wrong, there are lots of good songs in Spanish out there, not most of the popular ones though).

Well, I play the guitar and I try to sing, actually I have a YouTube channel where I upload covers of songs (and I'll upload own songs, but right now I don't have any finished).

If someone wants to check it out, here's my channel: ZnOT Acoustic

And this is my last cover:

PIECES - SUM 41 || Acoustic Cover

So I started playing guitar like 3 years ago, when I was in an exchange with France and my partner (which by the way was not french but Mexican) played the guitar, he said: Hey ¿Do you want to try it? I can teach you.

I said: Yeah always wanted to learn so... why not?
The exchange lasted 7 days and the 6th day while we were walking back home I told my partner: ¿You know what? I may buy a guitar when I go back to Spain.

He told me not to buy one, he told me he could gift me one of his guitar (he had 3, 2 acoustics 1 electric), I told him it wasn't necesary and the next day I came back to Spain, didn't bought a guitar though.

He camed to Spain a week later with his guitar, and continued to teach me a song which I told him I liked, very cool.
Finally when he was going to left he told me that the guitar he brought was mine, I told him that I couldn't accept it and my father told him not to gift it to me, because I was going to forget about guitar in a week or so.

I didn't though and one week later I told my mother I wanted to buy a guitar so we went to the center of Madrid (where I live) into a music shop, and I bought my first guitar (which now is hanging in my wall), and started playing.

2 years later I had a new exchange at the United States, in Boston, my partner this time was Canadian (but his mother was mexican too, what a coincidence), and he played guitar.

I told him I wanted to buy a guitar there, and the day before I was going to left I went to the Guitar Center of Boston (the little one) and I bought a Epiphone HummingBird Pro, which camed back to Spain with me in the plane.

Finally 3 or 4 months after that I got an electric guitar with an amplifier (Epiphone Les Paul Special II Slash Edition), but it was for christmas and doesn't really have a story behind it.

And here I am, singing and playing 3 years later, I didn't gave up like my father said I was going to.

Sorry for that long story, but there I left it if someone wants to read it.

I hope I can learn more of music and guitar (and maybe singing) here!
