Well, yeah...I COULD have put Deep Purple down if I wanted to but that wouldn't make them qualify for the thread criteria. Heaven and Hell are NOT a new band they are an old band with a new name. Hell, if they were a new band they would have topped my list.

Good point...can't deny that. I think I threw them on my list just so I could give Sabbath some props for being GODS!!

I basically just said that because Dio era Sabbath is probably my favorite all time band ..debatable w/ Ozzy Sabbath/ Maiden and a couple others....and I like the Heaven and Hell album just as much..just letting it be know that they would top my list IF they were new..not that anyone cares I'm sure but I had to say it
