    Best Nirvana Album??

In Utero. by quite a large margin tbh. Nevermind was a good album, nothing more. It changed music as we know it, but mainly because it was different, and it had THAT song. In Utero was a monster of a record from start to finish. Ok, it didnt have a song as big as SLTS, but pretty much every song...

    Warrior Soul

Warrior Soul were a genre on their own...at times anyway. Space Age Playboys was an excellent album, with some tremendous tracks on it.

    Jawbreaker (Official Thread)

Actually just started revisiting 24 Hour Revenge Therapy. Bought it years ago, but didnt grab me at the time, so has been gathering dust. Listened to the first few tracks again recently, and its actually pretty decent. Need to give it a proper listen though.

Paramore....pahaha...shouldnt even be talked about in the same sentence to be honest. Pop nonsense. Agree with everything Soot and Stars says. Love, love, love this band. They do indeed transcend Emo...they are in a different league to everyone else in that genre (except Brand New). 23 is...

If you haven't already, check out Unida. One of the bands Kyuss singer John Garcia formed after their demise. Awesome.

Not too impressed by the new song to be honest. Hoping it grows on me though.

    Pearl Jam (Official Thread)

Pearl Jam are hands down my favourite band of all time. I do agree though that the quality of their output has dimnished over the years, but they are still capable of corking tunes. I wouldnt put albums in any kind of preferred order but Ten and Vs are undoubted classics, with Vitalogy and No...

    S.O.A.D - Best Band Since the 1980s?

SOAD are indeed tremendous at times, but best band since the 80's? No. Best metal band since the 80's? Possibly.Them or Tool in my opinion. Can we revisit your comments on Faith No More though! Crap? Seriously? Im guessing you're a youngster. FNM were pioneers of the rap/rock genre, and nailed...

    Kyuss (Official Thread)

Love Kyuss. Everything John Garcia touches turns to gold. IMO Unida are actually better though...bigger riffs, cleaner sound. Either way both great. Writhe, Freedom Run, 100 Degrees and Odyssey are probably my favourites.

Review Live - Throwing Copper (1994)

Magical album. Saw them on the Throwing Copper tour in a small club in Glasgow. One of my favourite ever gigs.
