Chelsea says her first album Mistake in Parting is terrible. Do you have an opinion on that one?

Hey dude, what up? So I noticed that u are a metal fan as well as liking Chelsea Wolfe. I've really been getting into her a lot lately. Also a female artist by the name of Rose Kemp. Both are black metal fans which makes them a little strange and unique to their genres IMO. That brings me to my question ....can ugive me any recs for female artists that r similar . Not sure if u are aware of Rose, you should check out her Unholy Majesty album if u haven't. So anyway, peace.

I've had the album for a little bit now. I'm not sure what I think yet. It's not bad but not memorable (yet) as for all the times I've listened to it nothing really sticks in my head. I'll give it some time though to see if it develop into something I can get into. :)

Gad you liked that Renaissance song. They were really fantastic... kind of a Yes with a female singer. You might like there album "Ashes Are Burning", as well. [IMG]

That's awesome! Glad you took the time and that my hunch was right that you'd like it. If you feel like it I think it'd be awesome if you gave your thoughts which you gave me essentially and posted in my album review thread for it. Getting the word out here is one of the best things about this place and I think a lot of metal fans would jump on this if they gave it a shot. People hear are gun shy though until they see a good amount of interest in something! :)
