Eagles (Official Thread)
Just finishing re-reading Marc Eliot's majestic biog of the Eagles, To The Limit, and while doing so was playing their studio CDs on my CD carousel (a 5-CD player/changer). Unfortunately the book ends in 2005, and so misses out on Long Road Out Of Eden...which is a pity. Anyway, here's the CDs...- SteveB

Re: Eagles Craig, It's perhaps hard now at this 40-year remove to imagine and realise what the World was like before real mass communication. The Eagles recorded their first two LPs (albums) + a couple of songs for their 3rd in the UK (specifically London). However, in the UK in the 1970s...- SteveB

I've already voted in the Thread, but just wanted to say that I've recently had to explain to my 16-years' old nephew the pleasure had from the buying and listening to vinyl discs. 70's Glam Rock
I recently replaced my knackered vinyl LP Electric Warrior with CD. (Also The Slider too). I don't know. Glam Rock gets a bad press, but at the time it just seemed to naturally progress from the 1960s. It ultimately got very silly (I stopped buying any T.Rex after The Slider), but in its infancy...- SteveB
