We'll call it better late than never but I finally got that Mark-Almond album I said I'd get. It's going to have to grow on me I'm sure but "The Ghetto" is a great track. I love the spiritual vibe especially in the chorus. :)

Peter Paul & Mary's debut album came out in '62 and were one of the earliest groups to do Dylan covers and have some success. By the end of '63 they had two top-10 hits from Dylan with "Blowin' in the Wind" & "Don't Think Twice, It's alright" in the Pop Charts. "The Times They Are A Changin'" originally appeared on their "In Concert" Album which was all happening during the British Invasion of '64, I think the album was one of the few American Success stories which came out in late '64. Interesting though the Single came out early in '65. The version I posted on the net sounds a little different from the "In Concert" version, though quite similar. Of all the versions I've heard (The Byrds, Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan), PP&Ms version just seems to stand out with the vocal arrangements from the trio.

Cool. I saw them with my uncle a few years ago. They were very good.

Hello there. Are you an APP fan or do you just like that album cover? :)

Hey, I'm not going to respond to your Rate Your Song track for Magic as I love it and I want to hear someone elses opinion. Even after being a huge Ben Folds fan and buying everything I was a little hesitant as to how an arranged A Capella album could be. I bought it anyway as a fanboy and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Anyway, that version of Magic was the one that truly hooked me and I'd whored it out hear a couple years ago. Just think it's cool that we don't see eye to eye on everything but we both seem to like an obscurity like that. Beautiful track IMO. :)
