Bands that didn't make a "Live" album

Almost every band has made a live album at least once in their life. I know if they only made one or two albums they probably didn't make one.

The first one that comes to my mind would be Boston!

Klaatu, an obscure Canadian outfit that made a bit of a stir, released 5 albums I think but not a live one.

I don't think there was an "official" Def Leppard live album... The 2 disc set of Pyromania has a second disc of a live show from the Forum in Los Angeles but for all intensive purposes the group did not commision it. I caught a Joe Elliot radio interview where the band has thought of it but given the shows they have released on DVD and laserdisc previously he and the group feel there is no point in doing so.
