I probably would also listen to modern metal such as metalcore, screamo etc, but it doesn't appeal to me. As a musician I am looking within classical music for some tasty chord progressions. Plus it's Spotify, so I have a wider range of choice.

^^I wouldn't get over excited about that Nolo, the US is almost split 50/50 on that issue and if Obama had to do a 180 and come out against same sex marriage to win the election he will do so without hesitation.

But the numbers are slowly changing, within 10 years it most likely will be legal in the progressive States anyway.

I know, it's not the only conservative country with a small tolerance towards LGBT people, but with the passing years community is changing and that progress can be seen.

I think North Carolina voters blocked it yesterday, but I'm not sure if it was reversed and they had it before. When I lived in Texas naturally the idea failed miserably. Not sure how it is there now.

Well they call Alaska the Texas of the North and I don't see it happening here either. There are more gay people in Texas than you would think though. I think Austins population is like one third. They tend to reside in the western part of he state because as you know the more east you get the more frequent then gun-wielding crazies become. They are nutty and gave Americans a bad name as intolerant fools.
