I like this, but it's not as good as his first solo album, 'Daltrey', which is peppered with songs written by Leo Sayer.
Despite his poppy image, Sayer was exceptionally good when he was starting out, and you should try his 'Silverbird' album for tracks like 'Why Is Everybody Going Home?' and 'The Dancer'.
