Have loved these guys ever since I discovered them in 1976. Recently unearthed the first Lone Star album in my vinyl collection after splashing out on a new deck last week. Still sound awesome.:bow:

Not much is heard about Lone Star these days.... the above posts endorse the very capable musicianship within the band.... I can only surmise that in 1976 there was such a glut of high class rock-many slipped between the cracks.
I certainly remember them live on the TV whilst preparing to go out on the lash.... but purchased albums on the epic label after hearing this on John Peel's show in January of this year... Many of us frantically scurrying through the music papers for concert details.
