Unsure if Ralph McTell was an one-hit wonder for his "Streets of London", he has some other great songs, though one of those I like from his catalog I think is an unknown is "Wait Until The Snow"

Most covers of Beatles songs are “Criminal”. Fiona Apple performs her version of “Across The Universe” with a little more melancholy than the original and obviously completely different energy than the song that made her famous.
