This was a hard pick - it was either this or Grateful Dead's Live/Dead...

Pink Floyd - Live in Pompeii

all will probably get hated for this choice. I would have to say Mark, Tom, and Travis Show by Blink-182. There are 23 tracks on the album and there are about 20 bonus tracks worth of them cracking jokes and crazy antics.

When I was 13-14 years old, before whole classic rock story I was big Blink 182 fan, so I understand you on one level. But however, I'm glad that phase was over - although if I hear some Blink 182 song, I won't skip it :p

Very tough to pick just one. But if I had to I believe I'd go with Bob Dylan & The Band ~ Before The Flood, that way I'd get some good tunes from both Dylan & The Band.

:grinthumb For me it is between Rainbow on Stage, classic rock at it's best. And Woodstock, the 40th anniversary 6 CD set, captures everything that the spirit of that period evoked. And my choice is : Woodstock :grinthumb

My favorite would probably be the 1992 AC/DC double live album. Very good setlist and the band sounds tight.

Plus it benefits from corny stage raps delivered by Brian Johnson in between songs that are SO bad they're GOOD.

Live albums I enjoy which missed the cut include:

-Lynyrd Skynyrd: Lyve From Steeltown
-Hughes/Turner Project: Live from Tokyo
-Steppenwolf: Live At 25
-Judas Priest: Meltdown Live 98

My favourite live album is Scorpions : Live Bites, one of the best live collections of Scorpions in my opinion :D
