What would you rather have: new GnR or new ACDC/Axl album?

Axl Rose has put out one album of original material in the past 25 years.

He fronted two extremely successful tours in the last year.

If a miracle happens and the guy decides to release a new album of music.....which band would you prefer to see it happen with?

ACDC - would be 45 minutes of pure hard rock and ass kicking rock and roll.

GnR - would have Slash/Duff back, so a classic GnR sound. But would feature 3-4 ballads and 3-4 mid-tempo Queen/Elton John type songs, to go along with 4-5 rockers.

Which album would you be more excited by?

I agree with @That 70s Guy. I would much rather see a new GnR album. Axl is a very gifted song writer.....compared to Malcolm. IMO Axl's voice is a much better fit for GnR.

If AC/DC puts out a new album with Axl, I can see some creative differences /confrontations that may occur between Axl & Malcolm. It's one thing for Axl to front "old" AC/DC songs, but for Axl to give up all creative control to Malcolm for a new album.........just doesn't seem like an Axl move.

New AC/DC with Axl. Axl would have no chance of affecting writing but his voice I could see being suitable. Malcolm won't be writing, it would be Angus.

To be fair @Magic Axl turning up to shows on time for AC/DC was an unusual thing for him too. lol

The misfits in GNR wouldn't put out anything new I'd like but Angus can still crank up good riffs.

! I meant Angus but for some reason typed Malcolm (maybe I need to proofread). Anyway, I have been thinking about Malcolm lately, wondering how he is. Dementia/Alzheimer's is a wicked disease that robs a person of everything. There hasn't been any news lately.......

What about the nephew Stevie Young as a replacement for Malcolm?

He probably could do some work in writing with Angus.

I haven't seen much news either on Malcolm I guess he's keeping a low profile. He does live in Australia I do know that.
