What genre is Muse? (related to where to post a thread)

So I'm about to do a thread on MUSE so please don't make one... Or if you are a big fan, PM me about it first


but I have no clue where to put them...

90's rock ? when they started...
2000's rock ? when they did most of their albums..
Progressive rock ? because they aren't actual normal rock?
Indie rock ? because they stick to their own sound?
Everything else ? Because you don't know either?

They should be among all the other rock acts IMO.

I voted 90's but 1999 is cutting it close with Showbiz....errrrg....2000's??

They started in '94 not that close to 2000 but the first album was in '99 as you said...
And aside from some EP's in the 98's they didn't do much back then... So my vote goes to 2000's also.. Want me to change yours ?
