Mike and the Mechanics is some off-shoot of Genesis if I'm not mistaken, right? So I can kind of feel that later era Genesis softness here. It's like U2 meets....Michael McDonald maybe? I don't know. It's not a bad song. A little soundtrack-y sounding, which in of itself isn't a bad thing but it feels a little incomplete without visuals that I feel like should be there. I'd give it 6.5 out of 10.
