I accidentally fell upon a copy of Bee Gees Odessa on LP… and I’m frying my brain with it atm. It is every bit as good as the Beatles White album. I am totally shocked and blown away by this album! It’s pop, prog, folk a hint of Motown. Highly recommend it. I know they can write hits, but had no idea they could write this well. Bee Gees Odessa gets a solid 8 out of 10 for me and trust me, that’s saying something.
You talked me into it. Although some horrible hip hop is played at a high volume nearby. A battle rages.

Bee Gees first in 1967 is also a very good lp full of psych ,pop ,etc.
Odessa is a very unusual lp (concept lp) for them and as a result Robin Gibb left the group for a few years. The lp was not well received by the critics but many years later many think its the best thing they did in the late 60's,
