The sublime paranoid album . A 24/192 original album rip What an album.
These vertigo albums sound so much better than any CD remaster I've heard.
They are much less clinical sounding and have some real bite and heavy heavy bass
I like CD but I've gone back to vinyl. I admit they are rips to hires but it's a close as you can get to the real thing.
My mate has all those and doesn't play them often due to their value and the downside of vinyl. Scratches
I prefer paranoid to 4. I know that 4 is regarded as the best but I just like the tracklist of paranoid It's a rockers dream

Speaking of scratches... it's one of the single biggest reasons I don't subscribe to "vinyl sounds so much better than any other medium". I was listening to the radio yesterday and the local classic rock station brags about playing vinyl. I heard crackles and pops through the entire song that was playing at the time. Sorry, I lived through the old days of vinyl, 8-track and cassettes. I'll take most CDs (or ripped to digital) anyday over that stuff. JM2CW. For those that love vinyl, good for them. Just not my thing. I outgrew vinyl back in about 1988.
