Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders I think fall into the Merseybeat Genre, by the mid 1960s this Music Trend was on it's way out, and so Wayne Fontana parted ways with the Mindbenders (one of the members being Eric Stewart long before his 10CC), though after Wayne Fontana parted with the Mindbenders a certain Graham Gouldman wrote "Pamela, Pamela" for Fontana! :heheh:

Here's another track Wayne Fontana performed in 1968, which just goes to show Merseybeat was dead and buried, "The Words of Bartholomew" may have had no impact in its day, though it's kind of a memorable song, it seems Fontana was experimenting between Pop and Rock Orchestration? o_O
