How the heck is any of that sexual? I'm gonna give you my love is sexual? You don't need to do anything sexual to give love.

Way down inside, a-honey, you need it....umm, deep inside you need love? Not sure how that is sexual unless you are picturing intercourse, which I am pretty sure the lyrics are NOT referring to but rather 'deep down in your soul, you need love' type of reference.
