TONY MARTIN WON’T EVER REUNITE WITH SABBATH
Brought To You By VH1’s Dave Basner

There has been talk of Black Sabbath reuniting for years now, but if the band does get back together, don’t expect former singer Tony Martin to ever be a part of it again. The rocker told Swedish web magazine CriticalMass.se that he doesn’t have any problems with the people from the group, rather, he explained, “It’s just that I wouldn’t like to do the same thing that I did before. Just singing Ozzy songs, Dio songs and all the rest of it and my music being pushed aside.”

· Martin was part of Sabbath from 1987 to 1991.

Very sad. I love this great singer. :-((

That's good then he won't be in a part of Sabbath reunion... if there will be.

Black Sabbath = Ozzy. But I seriously don't see them reuniting, at least not anytime soon. Ozzy wants to get back to basics, and record another album, so he will be too busy

Ozzy said Scream reminds him a bit Black Sabbath. In fact it doesn't, so his back to basics are unlike real.

Scream was not at all like BS.........I agree!

In the same interview he specifically said that he'd be happy to work with Iommi again, assuming it wasn't under the Sabbath moniker, so hopefully we get something cool one day :'(

Of course my post was only joking..and I own the Tony Martin albums...but it's not a line up that's "reunion" worthy......he was a hired gun and made a couple cool albums with the band and kept it afloat.

I mean it's like Blaze Bayley coming out and saying, "I don't ever see a reunion with Iron Maiden"
