Outlaw, i rly like this song

Does anyone know anything about this band, old videos show them playing in sydney around the 80's as an aussie band, but then i discovered the singer at the time of this album, was Nato Bardeen, alongside Peter and David Stoddard, supposedly the band imploded and Nathan went on to create The Drowning Men with school friends, my question is how did the band change so much from the 80's or is it possible that these are 2 completely different bands, that were named the same by coincidence.

I found this track in a motocross game from ps2, from one of the shoots from the OG Transworld MotoX magazine as it was available as bonus content from the game, i just wonder how this band, with 0 monthly listeners on spotify, and 750 views on the whole album on youtube, seemed to find it's way into a popular videogame from the time, i assume it would be even harder to find obscure bands in the early 2000's, or maybe they just got lost in time, lemme know what yall think, if you got any cool info on the band lemme know.

I am no gamer but didn’t Play Station start making older games available for PS5? Maybe someone stumbled onto this, thought it was cool (and probably royalty free at the time), and added it into the game.
