Smashing Pumpkins was not good. Much like Nirvana, they had an interesting sound and energy at times but the music was *blows raspberries* But check out the long version of “Drown” sometime.
Siamese Dream is the only Smashing Pumpkins album I bought. Unless you count Silversun Pickups. (joke)
Alice In Chains was a hard rock band. Facelift was released a year before Nirvana’s breakout album Nevermind.
