Does anyone remember these, great band from Chesterfield in 1976, recently reformed toured and made a stop in their home town. They are still good and sound great now if not more prog. They split up for awhile and then some of the band made an album that was not up to much so beware of these recordings.

I used to listen to these practising in the mission in Holmewood they were quite a good band. The lead singer lived in the same village as me.

yes! it was great to see this band reform . Anyone a fan of URIAH HEEP should check them out. After seeing them live i was very impressed with vocalist Steve Bettney who sounded better than ever..

Well Saracen were on blistering form last night and the house was rammed. Denim and leather as far as the eye could see, kinda like stepping back in time.

They were class Sox! Ive never seen it so busy. Like a lot of bands from the NWOBHM era SARACEN....could have been up there with the big boys. Overall a great evening

^^^ I don't have any of their albums LG, so can't help you with that one, I'm sure Sweat or Lou will though. Just wanted to pop on here and say it's the first time I've seen Saracen and I was very impressed The singer has a great voice! A very enjoyable evening
