The Rolling Stones have announced a new entry in their From the Vault series: No Security - San Jose 1999 collects the closing date of the band's 1999 American tour on DVD, Blu-ray, DVD and two CDs, three LPs and digital formats.

As the press release announcing the set notes, the band performed two shows in the California city that it first played in 1965. More than 33,000 people saw the shows, which included songs from their most recent album, 1997's Bridges to Babylon, along with the usual bunch of classics, like concert opener "Jumpin' Jack Flash," "Brown Sugar" and "Sympathy for the Devil."

You can watch a trailer for the DVD below.

From the Vault: No Security - San Jose 1999 will arrive on July 13, almost a month after the June 15 release of the limited-edition box set The Studio Albums Vinyl Collection 1971-2016.

You can see the track listing for the new Vault release below.

The San Jose shows follow other live DVDs and CDs in the band's From the Vault series, which collects performances from the Stones' tours over the years. Other titles include dates from 1971 (The Marquee Club), 1975 (L.A. Forum) and 1982 (Live in Leeds).

How could anybody not like the stones?
Well each to their own. I don't see how anybody could like Journey so .... there's that.
    The Stones are awesome.
    They are a "wellspring band".
If there is no Stones there is no Aerosmith, AC/DC, Bad Company, Guns and Roses etc...
They invented the recipe. Blues + R&B + Country. And it comes out a brand new thing that led to so many other bands.
Hell the number of people who say directly that it was seeing the Rolling Stones that made them decide to start a band.
Steve Tyler said that, Ronnie VanZant, and a bunch more.
Even the punk bands gave praise. Which they rarely did to any classic rock band.
For me it's all about the Mick Taylor years.
Beggar's Banquet, Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers and Exile On Main St.
That is perhaps the greatest run of albums in all of Rock IMO.

But Ronnie is a great guitarists. This should be pretty great as a live album.
Listening to Keiths Life autobiography my opinion is that by the mid seventies Keith was pretty out of it. Between the Brian years and the mid seventies it was Keith's band.
From then on it became Mick's band (or more Mick's band than before) and it lost it's focus.
They started chasing trends and doing disco and a whole lot of other BS. IMO.
But the during that period between Brian and Ronnie they were the greatest rock and roll band in the world as advertised.

Personally speaking I blow hot and cold with 'the stones' sometimes I love them and at other times even to look at them makes me wanna puke up!!.

It is well known that there greatest era was between 1968-1972 that's when they recorded there best albums, outside of that era I personally like the song 'Undercover' and it's associated video the one where Keith fires a hand gun at a tv set which from memory was banned in the UK back in 1982/83 I believe?.

There best album?. Possibly 'Sticky Fingers' but that's a personal opinion.

i've just pre-ordered this and next week I'm going to both London Stadium shows. It's a great time to be alive if you're a British Stones fan!
