R.I.P. Speed King

I am here today with a heavy, sad heart. I just learned that my dear friend, Speed King (Brian Hanson), has passed away. For those of you who knew him, he was crazy for Deep Purple & Blue Oyster Cult. He was an outstanding guitar player! He loved muscle cars but was the proud owner of 2 caddy’s….lol.

Brian lost his life to a tragic canoeing accident.

Sorry to bother Magic, but was he the Speed King active on the forum here and elsewhere ? I didn't know him personally, but I did exchange a few posts with him. He was a musical expert and great guy.
