Raise Hell from Outworld is an excellent track.

DT is such a polarising artist. It seems that most prog/metal bands and the reviews are measured to them. I think that is saying something. Superb band. Riverside(maybe more heavy prog than prog/metal), Shadow Gallery, Fates Warning, are some of my favs, and recently the middle eastern prog folk metal band Orphaned Land from Isreal. There's so many good prog metalers out there.

I'm adding to Prog Metal with a few of my own selections, firstly IMO one of the best prog releases of last year, Haken's Aquarius:

Another from 2010, Aspera's Ripples:

And Swedish band Seventh Wonder's epic concept album "Mercy Falls", a tragic tale of a man's journey through a world created by his own comatose mind:

Omg, I am really diggin Aspera. The vocalist is amazing. I'm going to have to get more from them. The other two are great as well.

Ripples is the only album they have to date, and they have recently changed their name to "Above Symmetry". The album was released under the name Aspera though if it helps :grinthumb

Ahh, sweet. So they're a new-ish band. Awesome! I'll be sure to check it out.
