Please help me to identify mp3 file
View attachment who_is_it_{may_be_ANGELS}(tape-records_70th).mp3

At many russian forumes, our gurus don't made it (sorry, my english is very smile).
It's a very rare track of 60s garage (and may be proto punk) rock. Google can't identify it's text :
"pretty little Matty Groves" - no results
"wayfaring stranger yes i am" - no results

(a group should be fairly well-known)
This record includes 7 songs. Let’s define an approx name and original part of text
of each one. This will help me with future search. l start :

1. ???I'm drowning ?
???text
2. Wayfaring stranger
<text>
I am a poor wayfaring stranger
Yes I am Yes I am Yes I am
3. ???name
???text
4. Careless love
<text>
Sorrow sorrow to my heart …
Now my money's spent
5. ???name
???text
6. Matty Groves
<text>
pretty little Matty Groves
7. ???name
<text>
???Oh, by my soul is the trouble ?

Please fix my errors and supplement just bit of text, as my english is too small.

Songs are:

1 Aunt Rhody
2 Wayfaring Stranger
3 Sweet Betsy
4 Careless Love
5 Railroad
6 Matty Groves
(Not sure about the last song)

I'm convinced this is the LP:

aagfnr.jpg

Das Louis Shampton-Trio ‎– BEATclub International

Track list

A1 Aunt Rhody
A2 Wayfaring Stranger
A3 Sweet Betsy
A4 Careless Love
A5 King In Heaven
A6 Railroad

B1 Blow The Man Down
B2 Drill Your Dog
B3 Matty Groves
B4 Brother
B5 Lost Woman
B6 Mr. Whyler

Louis Shampton-Trio's style of music fits too :)

Tray73, thank you very much !

This music clip tried to identify the many Russian music forums since 2007 year and could not do it. I'm just the first who had the courage to make this topic so to speak on the international discussion )).
So it's hard for me to believe it.

All the same, the two questions remain.

1. The author of the topic argues that magnetic tape with this record was he inherited from his brother, who served in the Soviet Army in 1975 (and apparently not returning from there). I easy found (by your pointer) the next link :
DAS LOUIS SHAMPTON-TRIO Beat Club International LP Vinyl Soundcity ...
There is written : Release: 1982 - the mismatch of the year (but maybe it's re-release)

2. So where would it download at least the bad quality, just to verify identity?

I can't find anywhere online that gives an example of the band performing these songs. Seems it's a very rare album. The one Louis Shampton Trio track posted on YouTube has a comment from somebody that it is actually a 60s band called The Hell Preachers Inc. performing it not the LS Trio so we can't even listen to that and compare the styles as it may not be them. The only thing I could suggest would be to see if you can pick up a cheapish copy of the album on eBay or a similar site, unless you could find somebody out there online who has this record and could upload a sample.

I have already placed the results on a Russian site, referring to you, let them check. I will put here the final diagnosis, yes or no

I have not found mp3 of the same "Beat club international", but I found some other Eddy Korsche bands : Free Action Inc. 1970 (01-Aunt Trudy), Brother T. & Family 1970 (09-Oh love, 10-Brother T.).
So you all have identified correctly, thank you so much !
