I am a bigger fan of later Floyd, so I rated this album an average 5.

    Nicely written review, Guitartlp :)

Great album but rather whimsical and even cartoonish. My favorite is Saucerfull of Secrets.

I didn't like this when I first heard it. So I kinda forgot the album for many years. I decided from a recommendation of a friend to listen to it and give it a chance. Actually liked it much more the second time around. I gave it a 7. Only cause I got other Pink Floyd albums I enjoy very much

Syd's piece de risistance. It's a great album of it's time, and I gave it 9. There are legions of people out there who believe Pink Floyd died when Syd was out. I'm not one of them. He showed great promise, but it was a momentary thing, and we will never know what might have been.

I was really into this album at one point, but I can't say it's my favourite PF album. I'm somewhere between 7 and 8. Taken into perspective of its time, I'm going with 8.

I gave it an 8 but like SDM I see it as about a 7.5 /10 . Good album but my least fave of the run from it to The Wall. It still has its moments and is a good album. Took me a while to get into however. Lucifer Sam, Astronomy Domine and IInterstellar Overdrive are the highlights for me.
