Also had the exact same problem when using the code in the posting guidelines to add a you tube video to my profile. Luckily I found this thread and I added the s after http as several had suggested and it works. Someone should update the posting guiding thread for us newbies who go straight there for how it works and then it don't work.

You'll have to excuse us, Julie (and Radagast - sorry to have missed your post earlier). The admin/ mod team has gone through some changes the past months and we've been busy trying to find a rhythm and to have a few behind the scenes issues settled. We need to do a lot of updating on this board and it all takes time. We'll make sure the guides are our highest priority - they have to be up to date all the time. Anything else is simply not acceptable.
