Take Me In Your Arms
One of my favorites by The DB. Also a favorite of Ken Griffin (Citadel CEO)

Never been a big fan of The Doobie Bros in general but I do like several of their hits.....China Grove, Black Water, Listen To The Music, Takin It To the Streets, It Keeps You Runnin etc...they were solid radio songs.
The Holland- Dozier song was originally done by Kim Weston (64) as well as Holland himself..
It seemed out of place for the Doobie Bros....that's just my opinion on it. They were never an R & B band though they became more soulful and pop when McDonald joined.
Not sure what Griffin has to with that song or why anyone would care that he likes it? :dunno:

I don’t have any ambivalent feelings toward Take Me In Your Arms. Very radio friendly. I remember hearing it a lot on the radio as a kid.
