Oldies Crooner Poll

^^Tom Jones is a "special" case for me, I only play his Greatest hits CD rarely, because he was one of my Mom's favorites for years I can't listen to his music without remembering her, and it's her CD I inherited.

All the "smex" appeal to his female fans aside, he can really sing.

Tom Jones... I read a story of how Presley heard that song on a tour bus and liked it so much that he had it played over and over the rest of the way. He reached out to Jones whereupon they became close friends till his passing.
