Now Gene Simmons Claims To Have Slept With 5,000 Women

Kissbassist Gene Simmons claims he's shared his "family jewels" with about 5,000 women through the years.

In a new interview with WCOL_FM Columbus, Ohio's "Woody & The Wake-Up Call" show, Gene says he took "Polaroid photos of the ladies who graced the bed in my room"during his 37 years of touring with KISS.

Gene then said he had "right under 5,000" Polaroid snapshots of his conquests - with each woman holding the key to the hotel room where Dr. Love made his house call.

Gene's been making these claims for years, but who knows if this is fact or Gene just building his own myth; I can't imagine he'll ever be able to show anyone this material if it exists - so your guess is as good as anyone's as to whether or not Gene's telling the truth on this one.

It's stuff like this that makes me sick of the whole "Gene" marketing machine, must have been a slow day running the Kiss empire for him to bring this story up.

I only like the band's music, personally I am sick of Gene and his supersized ego.

Gene has allegedly slept with 5000 women and my guess is that he didn't take the time or care to rock their worlds. Just another notch on his very full bed post or something, right?

He's been saying this nonsense for years, usually though he gives a higher number than 5,000. He has said as many as 10,000 before.

At one point in the early 2000's, he was seriously planning to put out a book with pictures of the women he has slept with with a tentative title of "The Loves of Kiss" or something like that.

No kidding, it was a legitimate brainstorm of Gene's. I saw that press release pass through my old radio station at the same time their record label sent over the current Kiss Greatest Hits collection that was being promoted at the time.

But he must have come to his senses and realized there would have been a lot of lawsuits involved, not to mention far too many privacy issues. Never heard another word about it.

I don't believe it....in fact 70's manager Bill Aucoin (RIP) and Paul Stanley have a different story.

Gene really does need to chill out...I know he doesn't care what we think but neither do we....always a fan of his perfomance and music though.

Honestly, thanks to Gene, I'm starting to dislike KISS. I love them as childhood heros, and as sort of living comic book characters. They were a big part of my childhood, but Gene is so full of himself and it's turning me off, and he's so ****ing greedy. He's **** out his own mother for a ****ing dollar.
