I really don't get this whole 'anti Nickelback' thing and 'Nickelback aren't rock'. Ok you can either like them or not like them, as with any other band, but they seem to have been targeted all over the media with hate messages. The way I see it their type of 'radio friendly' music is important in keeping Rock alive and out there.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion. I would rather listen to rap then Nickelback.

Yes but its pointless to go into a band thread just to bash on them. People can take it as trolling if anything. People are also entitled to enjoy Nickelback too.

Exactly. Nickelback aren't my cup of tea but I do like a couple of their tunes and they're not as bad as a lot of bands I've listened to anyway.
