Classic comedy here ... The 1st time i heard this was on 8track after a heroic dose of mushrooms. oy vey The Firesign Theatre introduced its Nick Danger character, played by Phil Austin, in 1969 as a 28:11 track on side 2 of its second album "How Can You Be in Two Places at Once When You're Not Anywhere at All." The character was revived in 1976 for a live show by Austin and David Ossman in 1976. In the 1970s, Norman Lear and Bud Yorkin's Tandem Productions bought the rights to Danger for a TV series to star George Hamilton as Danger; and in 1978, New Line Cinema began negotiations to make a movie starring Chevy Chase as Danger. Both projects ended in development limbo, and rights to the Danger character reverted to the Firesigns.
