The New Kid In Town
My personal favourite song with harmony would probably be New Kid In Town by the Eagles. Most of my favourites in this category involve them or are in some way associated with Neil Young (CSN&Y's songs are probably the most obvious ones, but I also think Crazy Horse, especially the original line up, with the late Danny Whitten contributed some excellent harmony vocals to his songs).
New Kid In Town stands out to me because of the way the harmony vocals fit around the music and lyrics. I think it is every bit as good as Hotel California (which although one of the Eagles' best songs is not particularly outstanding vocally IMO) in its way.
Does Pink Floyd's Echoes count having harmonies or is that a co-lead? I wouldn't say it was the absolute best song with harmonies even if it does count but I think the vocals add to the song's unique submarine atmosphere.
