Take two ex-Jefferson Airplne members and add a bit of Grateful Dead influence and you get Moby Grape.





I'm thinking that "sad old dude" was Spenser Dryden--former Jefferson Airplane drummer and Moby Grape guitarist after his drug days breakdown.

This is really good blues.

No man Skip Spense was the person you refer to. He died of lung cancer in the 90's and was a victim of schizophrenia and it was a loss indeed. Spenser Dryden was never in the Grape.
