This was a 2 part SyFy Television Mini-series in 2011, but I got it on DVD.

A very good re-write of a Peter Pan type story.

Just saw The Rocketeer. It was a surprisingly good attempt at 40s style comic bookish fun. It was light hearted enough to be a good family film (and capture the essence of late 30s US) but filled with enough action to be worth a watch.
There are numerous technical problems I could not pick about but I don't approach movies with a 'realism = quality' mindset so I found it a pretty fun flick. I kind of wished he would have made it to Europe to maybe fight Nazis or something but I can't complain too much about this one.

    Nice, how was it?

I love the fact that Nocturno Culto is a school teacher in Norway. Where I went to school... if you listened to Type O Negative you were not fit to teach. Meanwhile this guy was cavorting with murderers.

I was kinda disappointed in this one. Craig is a good actor, and the supporting cast are more than capabable. Too bad the writing and the editing sucked out loud.

The commercials for that one looked SO cool, Phil B! But then one of my friends saw it and said it was really mediocre so I never went.
