Egads!! A Fred Durst Production.. Cost 750.000 to make.. Brought in 15.000 at the box office..
It just blows my mind how the federal government can get away with lying to the point it's ridiculous. And to top it off Joe Bieden is running for president and he was one of the dept of justice shit for brains that made the statement that "They committed suicide " even though there were enough video and testimonial evidence to prove that wrong.
@Sharp Dressed Man
How was it? I've stayed away from trailers and teasers since it was first announced because I'd like to go into this one 'blind'.
Exactly as silly as you'd expect. I had fun with it.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019)
I enjoyed this flick. Story-wise, it's silly (as is EVERY monster movie), but special effects and the fight scenes are all pretty cool. Really wish that I had gone to the theater to watch this the first time and get the full effect.
I have to say that I'm really curious how they are going to make Godzilla vs King Kong even remotely interesting after this one. Sorry to say to fans of Kong, but he shouldn't even remotely stand a chance against Godzilla.
Guess we'll find out in a few months as I think that is due to come out this fall (2020)
Finally got around to watching Roma on Netflix last night.
I had a pang of emotion throughout the final third (as much as I could since the events were pretty much foreshadowed on the side of a freight train), but tbh I was more connected/intrigued by the over the top cinematography and wide tracking shots than anything going on in the thread bare plot. There wasn't enough substance for me to become immersed as what the critics and cheerleaders of the film have reported.
Technical rating of 8/10. Enjoyment rating of about 5/10.
