This could only be British. I love his work, and it's an 'experience' live. :woho:

That was a trip Iggy, never quite heard anything like him before, almost a punk new wave feel to his songs, and the last one is by far the best.

He sure looks a little older in the last two videos than the first one...unless my eyesight is failing me...:grinthumb

He has been around a while now. I like the guy, he has a 'never say die' attitude, and a basic honesty in his work. He is far more than an amusing performer though, dig a little deeper and you can find some lovely songs, pouring his heart out in the lyrics, songs like 'Bluey green' and 'Geneve'.

Geneve, take her to yourself
and watch her while she rests
she talks of you as home
I'll try to get to her somehow
while in your arms she lies
I hope she will not feel alone
and I, for the many things I've done
carry on and play the same songs
'cause I never knew, a better way of loving,
do you?

For she is so young, and my dreams
will see me playing for the screaming ladies of Los Angeles
and when I decided that would be my stage
I was her age, I remember that was a tender time for me

Geneve, Easter's been and gone
and fate has played its hand
and I am on my own
but warm, is the hand that holds my arm
and always leads me on
so I never can stay long
so smile, and I'll see you in a while
as a tourist and a child, but not a loser
for you know love, is a very much harder thing to have

For I am still young, and it's true
that I don't forget her, and I don't regret and I'm not going to
and as I wipe away, all the traces of Lisa blues
it is my shoes, that walk across the stage for the applause

Geneve, take her to yourself
and watch her while she rests
'cause she talks of you as home

Nice one S&L ... The Old Grey Whistle Test was when I first saw him and Wild Will.
I thought to myself .... this is for me. [I have a strange sense of humour].

We were at his Abbey Road studio day ... He wanted a second hit single, so he would no longer be a one hit wonder.
We all got to sing backing vocals on what was to be the B side of the single, his unique take on House Of The Rising Sun.
We got our names on the single, and it got to No.9 in the charts.
A fantastic day and experience
