Joe Bonamassa & Sammy Hagar - Fortune Teller Blues

A match I wouldn't have imagined, but Sammy's sure got the pipes for Joe's playing.

Been a fan of Joe for many years ,,,,,not a big fan of Hagar but he sounds ok on that track.
So far just a one off song.

I've always liked Sammy. Not a great replacement for DLR in VH, but oh well, they weren't bad songs.

Sammy took part in a blues cover in recent years too, but I just can't remember the track.

He one of those guys that's been around forever, even if you weren't looking.

Never was into the music of the bands Hagar was in , but he has a decent rock voice......, there are a few Van Halen tracks I like , but know nothing about Montrose or his other bands.
You have a favorite Hagar track....?

There's Only One Way To Rock has always been my favorite Hagar track, with I Can't Drive 55 a close second.

Not sure I identified him as being in Montrose til much later, like after I heard Iron Maiden's covers of Space Station No.5 and I've Got The Fire. Bad Motor Scooter is a pretty cool song.

I listened to all those and I liked the Montrose tracks the best...they were more gritty and like old classic rock for me but the other two Hagar tracks were decent also.

I like both of these guys independently but this song is not going on any of my playlists.

I have followed both their careers and in my collection I have albums of both Sam and Joe but this release does not satisfy my listening experience of either in my opinion.
