Iron Maiden vs. Journey

Two big bands, two completely different musical styles.

Journey with Steve Perry taking over vocals became a AOR/contemporary pop/rock band and were big in the late '70's and through to the late '80's.

Iron Maiden was the leader from the NWOBHM and have had a huge impact on heavy metal. Bruce Dickinson took over vocals for thier third album and the band reached stardom and followed up with a string a great albums and are still producing music today with a release in 2010.

The question is who is your favourite band between these two iconic artists?

This isn't fair...it is like asking me to choose between a bologna sandwich and peanut butter..........I love both but one has more meat than the other.


My favorite between the two is Journey, with Steve Perry. But I am also a huge Iron Maiden fan........



I guess I will vote for Journey since they will most likely get beat out of this poll.

Steve Perry is from my hometown and once sang at a party across the street from my parents old house so I have to vote for
