Looks interesting , but im not gonna to spend any $$ on radio lol. I have the "Next Radio" app on me "android phone". It doesnt work for Apples though ha. The great thing about NR is it doesnt burn your data or battery.
The only reason i have it is "No Control Radio" Its live on Saturday nite terrestrial 12am-2am Or streaming 24/7 commercial free metal . I blue tooth speaker it at work and drives my workmates absolutely fucking mad. It also plugs into aux on my auto radio/cd player which is cool af.

You don't have to buy the software. It works fine and sounds great. It is just a bit limited . But no, it doesn't work with Apple, sadly. I'm listening to it the same way as you do with the puter plugged into the Aux on my NAD amplifier and 2x125 watt speakers. The only problem I have is that I can't listen to some of your national radiostations, but it's ok because you are probably paying some fees for listening to them stations there. To me it is just interesting to listen to something else than I'm used to. I'm usually listening to some staions in USA, Canada, UK, Germany and The Netherlands.

These days, I put music on my media server or listen to Spotify if what I'm listening to isn't from my meager CD or vinyl collection.

Who hasn't downloaded a couple hundred albums from the internet in their time... lol

This is very cool, though. I'll have a look at it.

Just remember that the unregistered versions is with some limited usage but you can still listen to all the stations except for some of the national radiostations outside your own country. If you check out the Rarmaradio, then when installed go to Settings-->General-->Unmark "Allow multiple streams" because the unregistered version only allows 4 streams open at same time.

The Audials is maybe easier in use for some.
