Identify version of "all along the watchtower"

Allrighty then, my first post here, so I hope this link comes through.

I am trying to find out some information on this version of all along the watchtower. It is playing in the background of this clip that I recorded from a TV show last summer. No credits were listed so I have no idea about who did it. I posted this to Reddit and only got one reply where someone said it is not Hendrix.

I can't hear it on my pc so not a good start but Randy California of the US west coast band Spirit recorded several versions of All Along The Watchtower and he also played it live in concert back in the 1970s & 1980s.

Also I believe Frank Marino of the heavy rock band Mahogany Rush recorded a version of All Along The Watchtower around 1979 which may have appeared on his Tales Of The Unexpected album also in 1979.
