I think the separation by decade keeps the website nice and orderly...I think the moderators do a pretty good job here...Just my opinion

You'd be alone in that sentiment. It's how forums are run, regardless; through organization. These admins are wonderful at it. It keeps things from turning into an ADHD mess, so what is the benefit of scrambling everything?
