Yeah!... I fell out the Archway Tavern and into The Greasham Ballroom over the road, many a night.

As previously mentioned guitarist Eric Bell ex-Thin Lizzy (1970-1973) use to play a regular weekend gig with his band at the Archway Tavern during the late 1980s with Eric and his band always finishing up the night with Thin Lizzy's Whiskey In The Jar beautiful.

The Archway Tavern has been closed for a few years now.

Nice memory E-Z... I got lost many times down the Holloway Rd. Used to stay on Hatchard Rd.

Virtually all the pubs along the Holloway road were Irish pubs at onetime although 2 or 3 'English pubs' were dotted in amongst all the Irish pubs.
