I have his very first album which was just called 'Gowan'. I bought it in the early 80's & the only reason I bought it (because I never heard of him) was because there was a big sticker on it saying "Featuring Kim Mitchell on guitar"

I have seen Styx three times in the last four years, and they are great live. They sing great and play great. The drummer is outstanding! Peace and goodwill.

I loved Gowan with Styx, but never did explore his solo works. I do like Criminal Minds

I still like Keith Emerson on keyboards as my choice pick, but Gowan is up there with the best on my list.
