Difficult choice. Yellow Brick Road has so many great songs, but Tommy was part of my youth, so I'll vote Tommy

Used to go over to this weed dealers house w/ my friend who was getting his monthly if you know what I mean....we would sit and smoke out for a couple hours everytime. Anyway Jerry would play Tommy and Quad endlessly. ..... never got either other then a few songs.

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road was a fav of mine before I discovered hard rock, metal and prog.Still love it to this day even if I do listen to it rarely.

For me 'Tommy' is an album showcasing Pete Townsend agonising over his art and not quite getting there. 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' is an album where the artist is hitting the bull's eye. It is surely Elton's best ever.
