Re: Gary Moore

If anyone is or has been into Gary Moore, you must listen to his new cd that came out about 2 months ago "Too Bad For You Baby" - AWESOME ! :grinthumb
Gary has been around for years from playing with Thin Lizzy and Jack Bruce & Ginger Baker to his solo material to really diving into the blues around 1990.
He has been releasing a set of new material every year for the last 5 years...
listen to "Scars" "Blues Power"..........etc
but this new one is just blistering blues at its finest.
Gary is def one of the best, and if you want to hear some live Gary buy "Blues Alive"
I hope you all enjoy this collection as much as I do.......
Peace.......

and remember - model subway trains RULE !
watch the closing doors

Re: Gary Moore

My favourite cd he did was "Blues for Greeny" a nod to Peter Green and I caught a couple of his live blues shows. He supported BB King who asked him to join him on stage the respect was massive.

Re: Gary Moore

Gary Moore is a legend. Don't have much of his stuff, but Still Got the Blues is epic, and his work with bands like Thin Lizzy and the Traveling Wilburys is fantastic :D

Re: Gary Moore

I'm a big Gary Moore fan - both hard rock and blues. Big Lizzy fan too and that doesn't hurt in this context... :D

I think he's also a pretty decent guy but I haven't read any bios or anything to substantiate my theory - any good Gary bios out there?
