Can anyone please tell me something, anything at all about Folk Punk! Four years ago my son left for college, he was into Pantera & Hollywood Undead. He is now into Johnny something, he calls it folk punk, I need to know who's who and what to conversate with the boy and stay in the new

The only folk punk I was aware of were the Pogues (from England originally) because of a friend who played Irish folk in Chicago.
btw...Pogue mahone is an anglicisation of the Irish phrase póg mo thóin, meaning "kiss my arse"
